• Part of the team that drafted and advised on commercial agreements for a full-service energy marketing company dealing with natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids.
• Provided comprehensive legal opinions on the legality of issuing open-ended employment contracts following successive fixed-term contracts, as well as on employee entitlements for cohabiting partners under Nigerian law.
• Served as part of the counsel team advising and representing a client on a range of intellectual property rights matters.
