• Has advised clients in the Oil and Gas industry on various aspects of their local content obligations.

• Advised the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board on the conceptualization, design, and implementation of the Nigerian Content Fund.
• Part of the team of lawyers that advised the National Assembly on the legal and regulatory framework of an earlier version of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA).
• Represents the interests of clients in local and international arbitrations as well as in all the courts in Nigeria, particularly in Oil and Gas related disputes arising out of agreements and concessions in the industry.
• Acted for a host community in a multi-billion Naira claim against an IOC.
• Acted for various banks regarding the successful recovery of huge debts and also guiding them through complex insolvency matters.
