• Part of the team of counsel that represented leading companies in the energy sector in employment-related disputes concerning the protection of
confidential information and trade secrets.
• Part of the team of counsel acting for a leading e-commerce platform in ongoing proceedings arising from allegations of copyright infringement and the
unauthorised exploitation of image rights.
• Advised and supported clients on investment readiness, particularly in relation to intellectual property protection, commercialisation and regulatory compliance.
• Supported the preparation of strategic proposals and expressions of interest for engagements relating to digital transformation and innovation
programmes undertaken by a development finance institution.
