REPRESENTATIVE WORK

• Part of the team that advised a State Government in Nigeria in a public private partnership arrangement for a Build Own Operate and Transfer transaction (BOOT) in respect of the development of a Gas Distribution Infrastructure worth over one hundred million dollars in Oyo State.

• Computation of monthly gross income, payroll, payslip, pension, Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund and National Housing Fund Contribution, total income and the net income for local employees and expatriates of a company providing services in the oil and engineering industry.
• Representing a National Bank in the recovery of a debt sum of over Two Hundred Million Naira arising from a guarantee facility agreement.
• Representing a Real Estate Company in the recovery of a debt worth tens of millions of dollars from an investment company.
• Part of the Receiver’s team charged with the recovery of a substantial debt worth billions of naira and the management of the company in Receivership.
• Advising a Property Management Company on legal and compliance issues, as well as the preparation and review of relevant contractual agreements for the company.
