Valentine is an associate in the firm’s energy, oil and gas practice. He possesses vast experience with a wide range of clients in different sectors, and frequently offers bespoke legal advisory and consultancy services on basic and high-staked energy transactions to individuals, indigenous and multinational companies.
He equally gained experience working in the Firm’s dispute resolution and corporate/commercial practice where he regularly represents clients in courts on a wide range of contentious commercial issues in the areas of oil and gas, and construction related issues.
He has drafted and reviewed series of contractual documents for an array of clients in oil and gas, power, maritime, construction, and real estate sectors. He advises on government businesses, public policy and enterprise.
