Toluwalope is a Senior Associate and heads the firm’s real estate and infrastructure team. She has considerable experience in preparing and reviewing legal documents relating to real estate, negotiating the terms and conditions of real estate transactions, facilitating the transfer of titles and ensuring that appropriate statutory approvals are obtained.  She also supervises perfection of title documents in land registries.

She provides company secretarial and legal advisory services to the firm’s corporate clients, under Amalgamated Nominees Limited, a company affiliate of the firm. She is adept at drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and contracts. She regularly renders legal advisory services to corporate clients on complex corporate transactions and business related disputes, and ensures that they comply with all regulatory laws governing their businesses. Her job also includes attending meetings of the Board and companies’ members and filing appropriate documentation and returns at the various government agencies.
