Mubarak is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution and corporate/commercial practice group. He regularly handles dispute on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients (comprising IOCs, Telecom companies and state-owned corporations) before various superior courts of record.

He also advises local and international clients on highly complex capital market transactions. Recentlhy, he was part of the team of lawyers that advised a Nigerian Enterprise and successfully onboarded the first Nigerian company involved in “Gold Trading: on the Commodities Exchange.



Mubarak is a meticulous practitioner who is creative and result oriented. He is also an active team player with ability to solve critical and knotty legal issues. In the course of his legal education, he developed strong academic and legal research skills which have moulded him to function optimally and effectively in new spaces.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and football.
