Ijeoma is value-driven and astute legal practitioner with core interests in project finance, property/real estate law, corporate commercial law and human rights. She is a key Associate in the firms Dispute Resolution; Legal Advisory, Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance; Corporate Commercial, and Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Construction practice groups. Amongst other things, she has as part of a high-performing team negotiated several commercial transactions and drafted complex legal agreements as well as represented clients interests both in dispute related and non-dispute related matters.  

Ijeoma graduated top 1% of her class at the University of Lagos, Nigeria clinching several awards. At the Nigerian Law School, she graduated top 7.49% of her class with 4 As and a B+. She is passionate about proffering timely solutions to clients problems, devising creative and efficient strategies to issues and deploying a systematic approach to matters.
