She regularly advises local and international clients on a wide range of non-contentious and contentious commercial issues including complex contractual transactions, intellectual property, Regulatory and compliance matters, employment related dispute and alternative dispute resolution. She has represented a number of the firm’s local, foreign and multi-national clients in criminal cases, civil and commercial litigation before courts of first instance and appellate courts.
Happiness operates from the firm’s Abuja Office which gives hers access to most government agencies and regulatory bodies including the Corporate Affairs Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion, Trademark, Patent and Design Registries and the Nigerian Immigrations Services.
Happiness possesses excellent legal writing and research skills with a noteworthy experience in drafting and reviewing court processes as well as commercial agreements. She also provides company secretarial services to the firm’s clients. She is skilled at coordinating compliance activities of corporate clients, corporate due diligence, and seamless business incorporation in Nigeria on behalf of local and international clients.
