• Advised client on the legality of Post No Debit on a customers’ account in the absence of a court order.
• Advised client on the legality of tipping off in Nigeria and the propriety of law enforcements agents, specifically the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission directing a bank to effect an arrest on a suspect.
• Advised a foreign client on the enforceability of a foreign judgment in Nigeria.
