• Provided legal opinions on relevant issues such as recent changes in legislation affecting client’s respective industries, and advising on how such changes affect the clients.

• Drafted Agreements such as Shareholder Agreements, Contract of Sale, Employment contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreements, Development Service Agreements etc. for corporate clients and advising on the provisions of the respective agreements.
• Provided Company Secretarial services to clients – coordinating and conducting Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Emergency General Meetings.
• Participated as a member of the team drafted by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) to review and draft an amended NIMASA Act, and for related matters.
• Advised an international gas turbine service provider in the oil and gas industry on the legal implications of the suspension of an employee without recall.
• Acted as in house counsel to Infrastructure Delivery International, an infrastructure consultancy firm that provides technical advice and support for the delivery of critical infrastructure across Nigeria.
• Represented North of England P & I Association at the Federal High Court, Lagos in a suit involving a claim of damage to vessels.
• Carried out regulatory filings on behalf of corporate clients. Some of these regulators include – Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Inland Revenue Service, Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission etc.
