• Advised one of Japan's largest trading companies on the recovery of a contract sum worth hundreds of millions of Japanese Yen from an agency within the Nigerian power sector.

• Representing a leading gas exporting company in a tax dispute against the Federal Inland Revenue Service involving millions of dollars.
• Acting as counsel to a joint venture partner of Oil Mining Lease 18 (OML 18) in a contentious matter arising from an alleged breach of a Gas Share and Purchase Agreement in respect of OML18.
• Representing a prominent gas exploration and exporting company in four distinct suits pertaining to alleged violations of fundamental human rights.
• Contributed to the drafting of a Vessel Purchase and Sale Agreement valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars for one of Nigeria's largest indigenous metal and steel production companies.
