the issue of the unreasonability of the sentencing, which led to the substantial reduction of the jail term by the Court of Appeal.
Advised/defended Banks against frivolous suits on alleged excess charges and penalties, completely bringing such claims to a non-issue
and recovering several billions of naira for the bank from recalcitrant debtors.
Active member in a team handling the defence of multibillion dollars oil and gas company in a receivership action among several
other disputes bothering corporate governance.
Advised/represents different clients in several labour/employment matters.
Actively participated as a team member in advising our client with respect to Share Purchase Agreement, Shareholders Agreement,
Joint Venture Agreements, Transfer of Obligations Agreements under a sophisticated transaction involving different companies
including Irede Terminal Limited (an emerging sea Port terminal at Irede town in Amowo Odofin Local Government area of Lagos
State).
Represented Bua Group in a very hostile commercial litigation pertaining to the mining licence in Edo State.
