• Part of the legal team representing multinational oil and gas companies in Nigeria’s State, Federal, and Appellate Courts in complex, high value disputes, including oil spillage claims, host community issues, labour matters, land related claims, and other commercial and tort matters.

• Part of the legal team representing the interests of a multinational bank in Nigeria’s State and Federal Courts in relation to monetary claims arising from alleged breaches of the banker–customer relationship and enforcement of fundamental rights.
• Provided comprehensive legal opinions on insurance-related issues, including the interpretation of policy terms, regulatory compliance, and the rights and obligations of insurers and policyholder.
• Advised on succession and corporate matters, including the protection of proprietary interests and estate-related rights.
• Advised on risk mitigation and compliance strategies in relation to corporate data-sharing protocols and regulatory requirements.
