• Successfully represented Nigeria LNG Limited in a landmark suit against the EFCC, challenging EFCC’s investigative powers in relation to the NLNG–NIMASA dispute.

• Successfully represented a tier-one commercial bank and its directors in a suit alleging contempt of court before the Federal High Court.
• Successfully represented financial institutions in multi-billion Naira debt recovery suits.
• Routinely advise financial institutions and multinational companies on cross-border investigations, fraud and financial crime risks, anti-bribery and corruption, and AML/CFT regulatory compliance.
• Represented an e-commerce company before the NDPC over allegations of non-compliance with privacy and data protection laws.
• Advised organisations across the financial, digital-commerce, and aviation sectors to achieve compliance with the NDPA 2023 and the NDPA-GAID.
