regards to the interpretations of relevant statutes with respect liability of the company to pay certain taxes, duties, levies and
imposts and whether the relevant incentives, were applicable.

limited to oil spill and enviro pollution, taxation, breach of contract, real estate, criminal litigation, election petitions
complex appeals etc.
Successfully represented some host communities in an oil spill claim against an IOC and obtained compensation for the community
running into several billions.
