We also currently advise a company licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to undertake electronic payments in respect of software transfer, integration, licensing and operations in Nigeria. In media distribution, we act on behalf of a Nigeria-based company engaged in video content broadcast on TV stations involving the procurement of a broadcasting license and also drafting an Aggregator Digital Rights Agreement.
